Starting your Qtropin @ 2 IU's a Day is a Good Start.
Over the next few weeks, you would want to get up to 4 IU's or 5 IU's per day, for Optimal Results in Fat Loss and Hypertrophy (Muscle Gain).
So after 2 or 3 Weeks @ 2 IU's if you don't have any Side Effects.
Then you would increase by 1 IU and stay there a couple of Weeks.
Then you could increase another 1 IU, and so forth.
If at any time, the Side Effects become Overwhelming, then you would reduce the dosage back down, stay there a couple of Weeks, and then try the increase again..........JP
