If you tried the Message Box, there is a Problem with the Security Code.
It's Not Displaying, therefore, you can't Send a Message.

Try the Contact Us Tab at the Top of the Page, that works.

He wrote my email , I went ahead and ordered, it’s been awhile . Waiting on the btc address , I just wrote back the confirmation email with the order number and payment method and address , do they usually respond on weekends? I accidentally transferred funds to btc and am watching it grow and increase as we speak , thanks

Hey guys I'm back...lol Man the struggle was real. I was cut and had I had no way of sending funds. I'm happy to see that RS is now using a new pay system.
