Plan:
Insubolic 200 mcg, 20-30 min preworkout
TestP : 300 mg/week, 100 mg EOD

stats:
5’6”, 175lbs

Measurements:
Biceps:
at side relaxed, 14”
At side, bent, 15”
Flexed: 16”

Calves: 14”
Chest: 41”
Shoulders: 47” all the way around body
Neck: 16.5”
Thigh: 22.5”
Waist: 33”

Experience: lifting for three years.
diet: approx 2500 calories per day. Min 150g protein

training routine:
I do a lot of HIIT with weighted running And lifting 3 days / wk. strict weightlifting 4 days / wk

Chest / bis
Back / tris
Shoulders / legs
Full body

Goal:

Increase size in quads, calves, chest... well... everything.

Hey bros. So I’ve done

Total 200mcg preworkout, broken down to 100mcg per muscle. (Left chest, right chest) and (left lat, right lat)

I had the best pump the last two days.

I F#$#$ HATE THIS BS, bars are open, but we can't go workout at the gym. I see underground gyms opening soon or guys having a solid garage gym setup allowing others to train for a fee =) The industry is getting seriously hit by this restrictions.
