I’ve been very strict with the plan and what I’m eating. I’ve increased protein intake due to the increased protein synthesis from the insubolic. I will be hitting chest and arms hard tomorrow and will post pictures. This week has been a lot of weight vest and running due to closed gyms. Got a buddy with a home gym that should help out just fine.
Current results:
Increased muscle definition, fat decrease, increased visible vascularity in arms, shoulders, chest and quads. I’m getting accustomed to 3 testP administrations per week. Prior experience I did 2x a week. Currently figuring out the appropriate time to take adex for estrogen control. I didn’t think I’d need it for 300mg/wk, but as reported before, started feeling the chest flutters. Took one pill .5mg and it took care of it. Doing that twice a week now and feel fine.
Not tired. Lots of energy and a feeling of unstoppable when working out and cardio.
