Hey bros, today’s back workout. Who said you need to eat big to gain muscle? Insubolic begs to differ!

Gaining muscle and strength at about 2500 calories per day.

My back, triceps and shoulders respond crazy!

Hey guys! Like some of you I’m out of test. I got hiccuped by the store closure, no worries though I’m sure it won’t be much of a set back. I had a reserve of Qtropin left so I’m piggy backing it with the Insubolic while I get my hands back on test.

I worked out today and felt great with great pump still.

Today is my official 2nd day of not dosing (I was doing 3x a week, M/W/F, and I missed last Fri and today. I’ll post how I’m feeling in mood/energy/pumps, etc. I’m monitoring estrogen symptoms and they haven’t kicked in. I have backup adex and nolva just in case.

I feel amazing, no bullshit. I’m bummed out I’m getting to the last few doses of Insubolic.

The last 7 days was rough not being on Test. Most likely mental.

I’m almost 31 and I feel like I’m 18 lol
Powerful when working out. Energetic. I believe the insubolic helped me this last week not lose muscle to be honest. I was able to bench 275 again today for 3 reps no problem.

I weigh 180 now

Thank you for running the log. I know for sure, the results would've been better if the gyms were open. BUT, you've made some good progress!
Waist + 1 inch, while chest added 4 inches, I can see that your waist/upper body ratio looks better than when you started.
How was your diet?

Also, during this run there were no other AAS added besides TestPP at 300 mg/week. The dosage is very very moderate for BB, no oral steroids.

Hello, yes this was just 300mg (100mg M/W/Fri) of Test P per week plus the insubolic.

My diet was not a specific plan as I’ve done in the past. I absolutely made sure sodium was kept on check, and I hardly eat sugar foods. I was able to eat as I wanted, with beers on the weekends, and felt great the whole time. This was by far the best cycle I’ve done because of that.

I wish the gyms were open for sure! Results would’ve been far greater.

I’ve been able to increase strength, size and muscle definition. I know stacking AAS would’ve made the Insubolic experience superior.

Final of my back. Very happy with the lean/bigger finish.
