Welcome to my INSUBOLIC experiment Log:
I've used Qtropin several times and have loved the response and it only makes sense to see what INSUBOLIC can do as well!
Please note that I am a VERY EXPERIENCED user of PED's. WARNING...do not attempt this without Dr. Supervision, plenty of research and experience using various compounds over 10yrs+ plus at minimum.
Below is my current use and what I'll I have recently added Insubolic to the mix:
I am going to continue using what I have since I started the grow phase about 4weeks ago now that everything is kicking in.
TEST 1500mg/week (combo of Test C or E and Sustanon)
DECA 900mg/week
EQ 900mg/week
Arimidex 1mg/daily
Proviron 50mg/daily
Qtropin 6iu daily split x2
Insubolic 200mcg daily split x2
Humalog 20iu/day split x 2
If at any point something is added, removed or titrated up/down I will be sure to log it. This will be a WEEKLY log.
Current Stats:
5'5"
228lbs
Lean enough to see ab's and vascularity (Pics will be added soon)
Current Training/Nutrition:
Roughly 2800-3000calories (Approximately 200g Protein min and eating anything)
Training Body Parts 2x weekly with a 3 on 1 off format
Cardio...what is that?
New Training Nutrition:
Roughly 3000-5000calories/daily
P-250g
C-400g
F-100g
= 3600 calories (From higher quality food sources)
Remainder will be "cheat foods" as desired daily
Will revert back to once a week body part training but with added (tracked) feeder sessions as needed.
Expectations:
Aiming to hit 240lbs within the next 3months so an average of 1lb/week over 12weeks.
Maintaining current or better bodyfat levels while working on areas that need to be brought back up from time off.
Pictures will be done every two weeks and log updated weekly.
