I read your Lab Report.

You need to get on the Tudca and NAC, this will bring everything back to normal within a month.
I had really High AST and ALT about a Decade ago, before I started taking Tudca and NAC, after about a month on both, everything came back in range.

If you get in the Habit of taking NAC year round, this will keep your Liver Healthy.
It's Very Inexpensive.

These days, I use Tudca when I'm on Orals or Tren.
The rest of the time, I just use NAC.................. JP
P.S.
Found this on Covid's effects on Liver Enzymes.
Doesn't mention if a Non-Hospitalized Patient also had the same result.
But it would make sense that you would experience some Increase in Liver Enzymes.

Some patients hospitalized for COVID-19 have had increased levels of liver enzymes — like alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) — that indicate their livers are at least temporarily damaged. Also, liver damage is more common in patients who have severe COVID-19 disease. However, we do not know if this increase in liver enzyme levels is related directly to the virus that causes COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) being in the liver or if liver damage results from other factors.

Yeah, I pulled up some info on the elevated liver levels and COVID as well. I also read about red yeast rice possibly raising levels too? That’s the only new sup I’ve added lately.

Already ordered some Tudca and NAC, be here tomorrow! What dose would you recommend initially? I was thinking 1200 NAC and 1000-1500 Tudca to start for a few weeks, then taper down once my levels get back into range. What do you think? I’ve only taken it in the past when I did a cycle of anavar, I’ve never had a high liver reading before.

Also, I was going to start my next cycle next week. Do you think I should wait? Thanks again for you input.

I've used Red Yeast Rice in the past and really didn't see a whole lot of improvement.
Nothing Beats Tudca and NAC.

NAC alone is better than Red Yeast Rice in my experience.
If you already have the RYR then use it, if not, I wouldn't buy it.

I wouldn't be overly concerned or wait to start your Cycle.
Just do some Bloodwork after you are on the Tudca and NAC for 1 Month.

1,200 Mg of NAC and 1,000 of Tudca is what I've always taken............ JP
P.S.
You can Taper the NAC to 500 Mg after the 1st month.
The NAC I would keep at 1,200 Mg a day in a Divided Dose for the entire Cycle.
Last Edit: 1 month 2 weeks ago by jp4355.

Sorry, in my P.S.

I meant to say that you can taper the Tudca after 30 Days to 500 Mg.

Keep the NAC @ 1,200 Mg a day while On-Cycle.

Off Cycle I would take the NAC @ 600 Mg per day............... JP
P.S.
NAC is a Precursor of Glutathione.
Glutathione is the Master Antioxidant.

The Benefits of NAC are many !

TUDCA and NAC are a good idea, but don't be too worried. That is a very minor elevation. If your liver enzymes get to 10X ULN, that's worrisome.
