that's great,

so if i was to take 20mg dbol in the AM and another 20mg in the PM
Should i take 2,000mg taurine AM and PM too

is there an 'upper limit' when it comes to taurine intake

I would say that it all depends on how you are feeling.

There really is No Upper Limit on Taurine.

I know Guys who regularly take up to 10,000 Mg a day................. JP
